      Top quality

      This is a quality item, as always, from Makita. Light weight and easy to use. I should have bought one years ago, instead of spending hours ripping 8ft plywood etc. by hand or struggling with a heavy and awkward circular saw with power lead! As there is no battery or charger, it didn't cost much more than a cheap, inferior product. I have since added a Makita 24 tooth blade which makes for really neat cuts.

      Excellent saw

      This is a great quality saw as you would expect from Makita. It’s well made with very high quality cast aluminum base plate and controls. Equipped with 3AH battery and the saw blade provided it easily cuts an inch thick dry oak and walnut boards. However I had two issues with the saw: First - it came well wrapped in plastic and not in a cardboard box despite of my communication with FFX who assured me it’s boxes item. It was not, most likely it was part of a bigger set which was sold out piece by piece. Second - I should have been more careful before purchase and should have noticed the saw is intended for left hand users. This was never mentioned in the description. When pushed with right hand, the sawdust covers all your arm and face as the dust nozzle points straight to your body. ...

      great little saw,easy to use nice & light weight ,my tip always use a 5 amp battery or bigger,to get the best performance out of it ,would recommend definitely.

      Really pleased with the saw, easy to use. Great features including rail guide and depth measures on the guard so no measuring of blade needed, safety action on the trigger really impressed the model up has a light, brake and dust blower so if these are things you would need maybe the model ending 10 is the one for you πŸ‘πŸ»

      Best tool I own

      I’m a woman of 70 and have been doing DIY for over 50 years I have every tool you can think of but have always wanted this saw my brother has the same one and said it would be the right one for a woman as it’s so easy to use , I should have had it years ago .I made a Xmas tree out of a pallet the same day
