    Very useful second drive

    This is still very useable disk drive particularly for use in a twin drive arrangement. it's a decent size for documents and data when separated from the system files and it's very cost effective. I've found Western Digital products to be good quality and those that I have owned have never let me down.

    Excellent 500gb hard drive

    hard drive looks brand new. its silent and fits great in my computer. were in the past ive bought hard drives from other sellers and they sound like a wasp in a biscuit tin. with this hard drive its well worth the money am thinking of getting another one shortly for back up purposes.

    works well on Test should fill my use.

    WD Blue 500GB HDD 7200 RPM. The drive seems to work very well I have had it on test and No Faults have come to light. For my intentions, I do not expect any problems.

    Works in a PVR, with limitations.

    I bought this drive to replace a dead one in a TVONICS PVR. It seems reliable, but even though it's newer than the one it replaced, I had to disable live buffering to avoid crashes. With that done, it's able to record two channels, and play back a third without difficulty.
