      Ordered a brand new factory sealed game of thrones steelbook season 2. The item arrived in a poor ripped state. I opened a return case .The seller offered a £5 partial refund....i declined. Then the messages i recieved off her were not of a true seller but one of accusing me lying. Saying the item was perfect when sent. The item had plenty of b/wrapp stuffed in the box so i cant accuse r/mail...it was shipped in this condition. Ive reported this to ebay!

Yes I offered you a partial refund to see if this was to your satisfaction. As this was not the case I have happily opened a returns for you .I have not been rude or accused you of lying that is very extreme.
