Tried dealing with seller to resolve, but he blamed packing company he used and said it was not his responsibility. After a lot of back and forth with ME having to deal with a very difficult and defensive woman at the packing company, she said she could open a claim, but would take 30-60 days if approved and money would go to seller anyway, I decided to just eat it and pay to get the damage repaired myself. No accountability for what he sells.
