    Coffee as you like it.

    Great fun to use and it makes delightful coffee. Seems to produce quite a lot of "waste water" which collects in the tray under the machine. Full instructions and video on the net which helped a lot before starting up. This is a "refurbished/reconditioned/cosmetiucally damaged" machine not that you would know. but so much cheaper than buying a brand new machine, which is something that I would not otherewise contemplate. Packaging was top notch. THese are heavy machines and if you like decent coffee produced quickly, then this is a recommended route to purchase.

    Fairly satisfied, undergrade customer service

    I’m not really happy that the steam release pressure valve lets off far too much steam and it makes some strange noises. but it does work and make nice coffee.

    Great starter machine

    Great little machine. Only criticism would be that the steam wand is a little short, can't be used whilst brewing coffee, so have to brew first. Also, knob for steaming can be awkward to turn off when finished steaming. Easy to clean.

    I never thought I could make coffee like Costa makes them well with the barista express I can now make the perfect coffee, it takes you a couple of times to get the right setting for your own taste, barista express is so easy to clean and easy to use I would recommend one to anyone who appreciates coffee.
