    Quality player/recorder

    When this player/recorder arrived, I was a little apprehensive since it had not been cleaned and was rather dirty and dusty on the outside. However, after I cleaned it and cleaned the head, it looked and performed well. I am quite pleased with my purchase for a very reasonable price.

    Bad item

    The owner stated the unit is in good working order. The unit arrived to my home. I plugged it in the electric socket...Four buttons on the unit were not responding...the power button, play, rewind, eject buttons, inoperative. Lost 75 bucks...never again I would.

    Great VCR

    Considering this is way outdated technology it makes 20-40 year old VHS cassettes look pretty great. And it has a large remote which is hard to lose. I'm happy with this VCR!

    Now we can tape episodes of 30-Something and Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman! Seriously, Sony made a good product back in the day, and I've been pulling the old VHS tapes out of the closet and digitizing the good ones.
