While we didn’t use an additional cardboard box, the item was securely wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and reinforced with parcel tape — offering the same protective support as a box. As expected, it arrived in the exact condition as it was advertised in, just like every other order we’ve shipped. We also covered 75% of your international shipping cost as a gesture of goodwill.
