    Lightweight with great features

    The A7 was the first iteration of Sony's full-frame, mirrorless, interchangeable-lens camera (ILC) lineup. There have been multiple versions and variations since, but to my mind, they got it right first time. Photographs from the 24MP sensor are colourful and detailed. I recommend shooting RAW because of the creative possibilities it offers, but if you're a JPEG-only shooter, you won't be disappointed. The sensor's dynamic range can cope with most situations. I work with lights indoors, so low-light performance (not up there with cutting-edge designs) isn't an issue for me. There's no 4K video, which in all honesty, is an advantage. 1920 x 1080 full HD is more than enough for the most exacting professional shoots. Plus, you won't be forever swapping SD cards.     Can't praise it enough this little treasure

    Amazing camera, with fantastic sensor dynamic range. It is the most you will receive for your money. It is also one of the smallest size and weight full frame (if not the smallest) and this is particularly something very much appreciated.

    Sony view finder

    Disappointed with the sensor that controls the viewer it's too sensitive switches as soon as there is any slight change of light which makes the screen go off when it's most needed, apart from that annoying little trait the camera is excellent and I have enjoyed using it up to now and find it's a good camera to get into full frame with.
