    Entertaining....and that's it

    Let's face it: "Suicide Squad" isn't going to win any Oscars (superhero movies rarely do). But if you resign yourself to be entertained by it and nothing else, you will have a great time and find yourself rooting for the bad guys...in a good way. With a collection of A-listers (Will Smith, Jared Leto, Viola Davis), you'd think that this would get an "easy A". But the script and plot fall a little short, and some of the team members are under-utilized. Margot Robbie arguably steals the show (and the hearts of fans) with her offbeat and unpredictable depiction of "Harley Quinn", a character that has been waiting to be put up on the big screen. Viola Davis deserves a nod for her bad-ass portrayal of "Amanda Waller". And of course, Jared Leto as the insane villain "The Joker" is, in my ...

    Not great, but pretty good.

    Yeh, it's cool, but has a difficult script/story to follow,, if you haven't first read all the comic books. Margot Robbie is good, and fun to watch, especially nice butt cheeks. Cara Delavigne is Major Cute, Karen Fukuhara has a great smile but we only see it in the bonus features, not in the movie,,, Viola Davis is miscast, and Will Smith is ,,,,,,,, ok. Yeah the have real Navy Seals advising and doing some of the extra work. Yeah, the director has a lot of military experience and insists on credible performance by non-military actors. Batman and Superman cameo's, as well as Bruce Wayne as a post credits appearance, tends to confuse the plot and time line. So,,, yeh,, four stars for the SPFX,, and some honorable mentions for the acting.

    DC Suicide Squad not on the Firing Line.

    The pros that I like in this movie are that the characters are taken places that haven't been tried before and the characters were given fresh areas in order to keep my attention and I felt the special effects are all put in the right combination of development and pacing within the way the story arc unfolded. Is there problems? Of course all films even Casablanca has its faults that those who love cinema ignore for the sake of the overall love of whats within. Yay DC please more films to keep us sated within this universe.

    Suicide Squad

    Heard by allot of people that it was a good movie, and they didn't lie. My favorites were Harley Quinn and of course Joker, they made the movie funny, imo. As allot of movies, RE-watching it over again does bring stuff you missed the first time to light.
