Unpacked & plugged straight in to existing backplate, worked straightaway, so good. A little disappointed at the poor exterior appearance. Yes I know it was used and all that but the writing on the front is almost completely worn off so had to resort to the manual I had to remind me which buttons were which. Deep scratches on the Perspex covering the display. It does the job

The box appeared as if it had been left on a shelf for a long time. The thermostat was not in the best condition either. The bi- metal strip was damaged, the paper leaflet was stuck to it. ? Water damage. It is not in the new condition I was expecting as described. Let’s hope it works when fitted.
