When I brought the item I got told it had already been sold and it was the last 1. Then got told it hadn't, they sent it 24hr with no tracking, after a a week I asked what was happing, they asked it I wanted a replacement, 48hrs later they tell me they "will make it easier" and refund my money. It's not hard to send and item. My opinion this to be a professional scam. You shouldn't lie to people. I waited about. Wasted my time and life

The brackets did not come with the Radiator which it did say in the description they would not sent them a message to ask would have paid extra but they sent it out next day no charge amazing service all round would highly recommend!!! As it was classed as used my husband put together and glued back broken bits, rather than return, emailed supplier who offered a discount.
