However, it probably could have been packed better; The item had a new tear and prominent crease on the packaging that wasn’t present in the pictures.     I bought this coffee maker last month and already had to buy another one. It cuts off in the middle of brewing or turns off as soon as it's done. My other new one does the same. I've emailed Mr.Coffee and haven't heard from them yet.
