No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, no underlining or highlighting of text, and no writing in the margins. Some identifying marks on the inside cover, but this is minimal. Stringing is a bit loose. Original clothes Unfortunately, I found that they had stained the torso which was not noted or pictured in the description. Good communication with the seller, who issued a partial refund as I hoped to keep and clean the doll. She herself did not realize there were stains since the doll was displayed only and the clothes had never been removed.
