Seller graciously offered for the item to be returned and refunded me as soon as it shipped. I would definitely do business with this seller again. But the photos of what was sold as to what I got the appearance was way different. No response from seller. Not new .

      Shipping was fine. Got here when they promised. Packaging was as expected. They said open box, but they were packaged nicely. Still had bubble wrap. Products were as described. Great Value. Frigidaire has great products but their OEM filters are pricey. These are a great alternative. I would have shared feedback sooner but wanted to see how they operated for a couple of weeks. Will do business again.
