Relief at last!
I was getting quite depressed (and obsessed) about my dry eyes caused by MGD and since August have tried a variety of specialised drops. I was at the point of needing to use these drops every 30 minutes and sometimes my eyes were burning minutes after adding the drops. I was rather cynical about spending yet more money, but at last these drops are making a real difference. I feel like I'm getting my life back and am not needing to use them as often which is great news. I can spend a bit longer on my PC now and also reading.
