It must have been bounced around in shipping and some of the plastic housing starting breaking off. I taped on the broken piece and contacted the seller. She had the audacity to tell me that I broke it. I was appalled at her lack of customer service. I opened a claim with ebay and my money was refunded. I asked eBay to step in because I had taken the toy apart and put in new batteries and played with it before selling and it was not in bad condition , nor was the plastic deteriorating. She stated she opened it broke and then glued and taped it to fix before asking for a refund. If it was broken when it was received why try to repair it before asking for a refund? The return was altered but refunded.
