    I was initially disappointed as this was'nt well packed and not shipped by the advertised courier so it got damaged in transit. HOWEVER, the seller was amazingly reactive and initially offered refund and paid for shipping return. I then decided to keep it as it worked perfectly so we negotiated a partial but substantial refund so I could do repairs. He eventally offered an even higher refund amount immediately. Repairs are underway. It's hard to wish for a better resolution and am impressed TY.

    Unfortunately the Courier 'lost' the item! But this was in NO WAY the Sellers fault at all. He is very helpful in wanting to sort out the problem and immediately offered to send a replacement or issue a refund which was done very promptly. I would be more than happy to use this seller again and as I said at the beginning this issue should not define the seller or count against him in any way whatsoever.
