The reason was that the item pictured was not waht seller was planning to ship - it was a BAIT & SWITCH, and I caught it BEFORE Seller shipped the item. I found the item at a good price form another seller, but ChinaMedicalShop still held off and tried to give me a printer instead of refunding my money, then they agreed to the refund but not the taxes or the ALLSTATE WARRANTY.
