The C13 has a carbon frame and rails. It was a gamble as I wasn't convinced it would work on my saddle clamp as the rails are ovalized. I was lucky so I'm very happy with the C13. The price reflects the carbon fibre construction. The design and appearance are typically Brooks and that's a good thing to me.
