Later, as package seemed to be taking a while and no progress I asked seller why, and again they gave me a reply, which turned out to be correct, as parcel arrived today. I wanted to say all of that because I feel that as seller is obviously very busy, they still had time to help me, on what was a low cost item, such kindness and attention to their customer. The item is lovely, I am super pleased with the cube, Thank you :))

My only comment would be delivery seems a little slow at 2 weeks. Also tracking did not work at any time even after delivery so for 2 weeks I had no idea if I was going to receive anything. The issue was the tracking number was not recognised.
