    A must read in 2020!

    An excellent and eye opening read. Hari writes honestly and openly on a subject which we all need to understand, as it affects all of us to a greater or lesser extent. It's not at all heavy going and in fact quite the contrary. Everyone should read this book,

    Ditch the anti depressants!

    Research based advice that also just makes so much sense! Loved this book. In fact I couldn’t read it quick enough. His writing style makes it an easy read too. I will definitely be making different choices in my life rather than returning to the GP for more anti depressants!
