        My parcel containing the beautiful tile was broken. The postman that delivered it had it on the ground taking a photograph when my husband opened the door. The postman left it on the floor for my husband to pick up. I came in from work and opened my parcel to find it split across the tile. It goes from one end of the tile to the other. I’m happy with the fast delivery and the cost but it must have been broken in transit, please help.
