This was due to the inadequate packaging as there was no protection for the glasses. The bubble wrap was inadequate. However, I managed to get the lens back into the frame thus making the glasses usable. Furthermore considering the cost of the glasses I cannot give negative feedback but would advice the seller to consider using a better packaging system.

Later, as package seemed to be taking a while and no progress I asked seller why, and again they gave me a reply, which turned out to be correct, as parcel arrived today. I wanted to say all of that because I feel that as seller is obviously very busy, they still had time to help me, on what was a low cost item, such kindness and attention to their customer. My only comment would be delivery seems a little slow at 2 weeks. Also tracking did not work at any time even after delivery so for 2 weeks I had no idea if I was going to receive anything. The issue was the tracking number was not recognised.
