    item not as described, clearly states velcro system but they sent out staple version, messaged to say wrong item delivered and they replied they do not make velcro version anymore which is not true. they did offer a refund but they should update there descriptions instead of sending an item that only needs to be returned.cant be bothered to send it back and wont use this company again
