      The item was well-described, and quickly shipped. The seller responded quickly to questions, and was very helpful. The manufacturer was not: the converter features a software CD to convert audio tapes to mp3 files on your computer. Apparently mine only had software for Apple computers, so I could not load onto my PC. The manufacturer would not allow me to download the software because I did not buy it *directly* from them. Still, it works standalone, and I'd buy from this seller again.
