    Good simple and reliable phone

    Great price, quick dispatch and solved the issue which was occuring with the old phone. For an elderly friend who wanted something simple to use, Screen is clear and buttons easy to use, Not a smart phone but a good reliable phone

    Good but could be better

    For a phone designed for the elderly in mind it still has a way to go to meet that target. Some of the function labelling could be more intuitive, and having a 3ff SIM card only slot means if your previous phone accepted a micro sim as our previous Doro did, you have to get a new SIM card and all the time on the end of a phone that involves. Battery life is reasonable but not anything special. The base station to charge the phone is a good idea and works well for the elderly. The phone is good but some of the menu systems could be better. Alarm settings could also be more flexible allowing individual days to be set to different times, this phone does not have this facility.

    Small and compact but not loud enough tones

    I love this little phone, having previously had a Doro but my only complaint is the ringing tone and text tone is not loud enough for me ,being somewhat deaf, not as loud as my 2G Doro phone was, I don't hear it in my pocket despite having it on the maximum bar.
