Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Bauingenieurwesen, Note: 1,7, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Building-Information-Modelling (BIM) ist ein Begriff, den viele in der Baubranche mit Digitalisierung und Modernisierung in Zusammenhang bringen. Doch was bedeutet BIM uberhaupt und warum brauchen wir BIM? Positive Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung haben sich bereits im Maschinenbau und auch in Betonfertigteilwerken gezeigt. Das Hauptproblem der Baubranche ist die niedrige Produktivitat. Die Produktivitat lasst sich in drei Hauptpunkte gliedern, namlich Sachkapital, Humankapital und Technologischer Fortschritt (Kennzahl Totale Faktorproduktivitat TFP). BIM ist ganz klar dem technologischen Fortschritt zuzuordnen. Diese Kennzahl ist in der Baubranche nicht wachsend, sondern stagnierend. BIM soll Abhilfe schaffen und die Produktivitat steigern. Grossbritannien geht mit BIM-Level 2 (PAS 1192) mit gutem Beispiel voran. An die guten Fortschritte aus Grossbritannien hangt sich die Bundesrepublik Deutschland ran. Das Bundesministerium fur Verkehr und Digitale Infrastruktur (BMVI) hat den Stufenplan Digitales Planen und Bauen 2020 entwickelt, welcher Anwendung fur alle oeffentlichen Projekte des BMVI, welche uber eine bestimmte Projektgroesse verfugen, findet. In der BRD wird in der Baubranche mit der Honorarordnung fur Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) gearbeitet. Die HOAI ist methodenneutral, d.h. dass diese nicht die Art und Weise der Leistungen vorschreibt. Das Problem ist hier, dass bspw. bei einer BIM-Ausschreibung ein BIM-Angebot und eine BIM-Bauausfuhrung usw. erfordert. Ist dies nicht der Fall, werden Synergieeffekte nicht genutzt und somit Produktivitat vernichtet. Auch sind in der HOAI Leistungsvergutungssatze angegeben. Diese mussen in Hinsicht auf eine BIM-Planung untersucht und evtl. angepasst werden.
