Contacted seller, and stated she wrapped them in bubble wrap and plastic wrap. Not the case. They were wrapped in bubble wrap, but weren’t secured within it. Seller was rude and said she “would refund for the one that was broken if that’s what I wanted, but I got a good deal”. Buyer called me rude when I offered to refund her for the item she purchased…even though, in my auctions, I make it clear that I don’t accept returns. I tried to accommodate as best I could. The auction was for 4 items, one of which arrived broken. I apologized, offered to remedy the situation between myself & buyer & this is how they respond
