Packaging was well, but I was hoping it would be in a box for extra protection. However, the item arrived in great shape and no issues there. Overall a great experience with this vendor. he item was as described and I did feel like I got a great value.

Packaging was a little lacking for a high value carbon bike part (just a small amount of paper, no bubble wrap), and box was partially crushed. However, the handlebar appeared undamaged. Shipping was a little slow, it was sent standard USPS despite saying UPS on the listing.
