Nice but with Caviats
Trying a second time here.
This heater is heavily advertised and seems to appear both in several different wattage variations and endless different brand names. However, all the models look about the same.
This one is 350W and is rated to heat 100 sq. ft. or less. I would go with less. It is wall mounted at about four feet above the floor in my powder room, 33 sq. ft., and set at 90 degrees. It is reasonably warm at the sink but markedly cooler a few feet further away. It takes the bite off the cold, but definitely does not heat even such a small space very evenly.
That said, I like it. It is not silent but the amount of sound is quite tolerable, and there was no detectable odor when first operating it. Having had other similar type heaters before, the design and construction of this feel significantly superior to the competition.
It's hard to say if the 500W would heat more effectively. I ordered one and will test it. For this 350W version, I would recommend it for under a desk where the legs and feet get cold or for a very small room or perhaps alcove.
Another small detail is that the various models mention "US plugs" and this particular one is a three-prong type. In my outlet, it is upside down. If the round ground prong socket is below the other two sockets, it will be right-side up. Otherwise, the temperature reading will be upside down.
