        Nice item, however it was dispatched on the day it was meant to arrive and I had to message the seller to find out where it was prior to this. Felt I was overcharged on postage and when I bought this up it was not a nice response. I didn’t realise when I pay for postage I am also paying for the packaging, I sell things myself such as a bag like this and have never charged for the packing. Seller was frustrating to deal with.

        You got the bag you wanted, in the condition I described, at the price (incl p&p) that you committed to pay. I explained the reason why it was 1 day late and apologised - you accepted that. You only changed your attitude after I'd posted it. Whether you charge for packaging is your choice. Everyone's entitled to charge for what they feel is fair. You fail to mention that I gave you £20 discount on the item. I found you very rude with comments like "thanks for trying". Very patronising
