    One of Jim Carrey's BEST EVER Films!!

    Jim Carey is funny, but he is genuinely hilarious in this romantic comedy about a lawyer who constantly lies to his wife, his kid and the courts he works in, and seems very succesful at it until his son makes a wish at his birthday party and then the movie becomes a CLASSIC!!! Great Jim Carrey vehicle for his voices, face contorsions and acting! Not as crude as some of his prior movies, but this PG-13 show is very close to a family show, with no F-words and getting its rating for some sexual innuendo, but no nudity either! It's a classic, and my late wife's favorite movie ever!

    Aside from Carrey's political views he is a great actor. This is one of his best alongside The Mask. If he were to put his view's aside and focus on acting, he could well put out more movies equal to the ones mentioned. Considering that movies are there to be entertaining and not propaganda, the two movies mentioned rate highest.

    Outrageous hilarious downright funny

    What's not to love? This is one of the best films Jim Carrey ever made and he's made it a few I absolutely love this film and I think that would has tender moments it really is funny as all hell especially the court battle.

    Among Jim Carrey's Best

    If a person is appreciative of Jim Carrey's sense of humor (and facial contorting) then this movie is among his best. There are more serious issues involving lying/parenting but for me it is hard to take Jim well....seriously. Unfortunately there is much profanity throughout and some vulgarity. From that point of view it can't be recommended by this writer except in a edited for television version. As the end credits roll there are some bloopers and theatrics which ought not be missed. The special feature about the movie includes an acceptible amount humor and some info about the cast, director etc.
