Seller said he would ship it out that day. I got the tracking number but the seller did not actually ship the card out until July 7 and lied about it. Seller only printed the tracking number to avoid getting a penalty for not shipping the card within the deadline. When I asked for a partial refund for the shipping cost, seller declined and lied.
