Love it!
I have a bad thumb & am left handed. Before PenAgain, I wrote like a Doctor and could hardly read my writing. I'd tried everything before I found the PenAgain years ago. I am an accountant and need blue not black ink. I use blue pen refills and cut to fit. Not all work as they have to be the same diameter as the ink tubes in the PenAgain. Even without a hand problem, I found that others love this pen too as it's easier to write and less fatigue. I also like the plastic pens over the metal ones as the metal ones are very heavy but very nice.
