    Figure is intact, which is a positive note. Unfortunately, the box was not packaged well, thin layer of bubble wrap in a bag isn’t sufficient. Especially with the top and bottom not bubble wrapped at all. Lots of dents and creases all along the box which ruins the experience.

    Not the same item as in pictures, cheap none Samsung remote had to purchase original remote as Show in owners manual I down lowed from Samsung com ,came well packed up No warranty or paper work then theirs the so called why bother Hdmi cable in white about an arms length to fit all black unit , so again purchased a 3m all in black , wasnt impressed considering , it’s plain to see & yes I’ve Samsung stuff , ALL HDMI .So all in all should have avoided , feedback below 98% says all.

    Great 4k player, but pricey

    Wanted something that would do its job right, this did just that. Using the remote that came with it was more responsive than universal remotes, that was the only issue. Great sound, picture etc. Wouldn't value it more than £120 though.

    Brilliant love it love the fact I can mirror cast my phone via the player as I have Samsung note 20 The quality is brilliant on the player it can play fims in higher or lower refresh rate as they were in tended. I just love it 10/10
