    The watch is working fine and is in good condition. The seller took advice from his local Post Office that the postage was £1.55. It turned out it was insufficient. I paid £3.50 to collect the package from a sorting office. I explained the situation to the seller and he is re-imbursing me the £3.50. The seller has been very fair - the problem is the fault of the Post Office/Royal Mail.
