    Shapely Body.

    Dear Sir/Madam, The Fitt Curve physio ball seat is great. I manage to do a ten rep and a minute break 100-150 crunches and a back stretch. Having not done all the exercises. I intend to flatten my tummy. I do the crunches when strengthened. I do when I feel like during the day. You have to top up the air in the fitt curve with the foot pump provided. I wear a hernia waist support, so my hernia doesn't pop out when doing crunches. Thankyou.

    Awesome

    I'm disabled so can't get on the floor. If I get down I can't get back up. I've tried different things but this seems the best. I lean it's against the bed then I can do some exercises. It's very slow to start with but I'm hoping to get better.

    poor product

    I recvied my Fittcurve and inflated it and within a few hours it had deflated it self so trying to use this item is a waist of time as it won't stay inflated ?
