This was the second book that I purchased with The Universe by Cox. As with the other book, it was in very good condition, a great price, and packaged well. Very happy to do business with the seller again.

      Amazing book

This is a beautifully illustrated book ,full of fascinating facts and figures of all the planets . Brian Cox is brilliant in the way he describes ,what is for many is a complex subject . I really bought this book because it contains the latest information from the new horizons space prob ,when it passed by the planet Pluto in July 2015 Pluto is an incredible little world ,with a frozen methane atmosphere ,and mountain ranges .and even a large flat area ,called pluto's heart . If you have a love of astronomy ,then buy this book , and be prepared to be blow away with stunning photographs ,and mind blowing details . It's people like Professor Cox ,that make science, dare i say sexy and understandable to all .

    • Bought as present, husband delighted!

Bought as a Christmas present for my husband - he's delighted with it. I've had a quick look through and the pictures look stunning. He's just started reading the paperback book and he assures me that they are all 'Very very good'.

    • Enthralling read

Takes you on a journey from inner to outer solar system. Lots of great info on current and past probes and lots of actual photos. It reads like a novel!
