      Speakers were sent with NO internal packaging and thus suffered minor scuff marks due to speakers and power block knocking against each other in transit. Contacted seller..... NO reply. Appealed to seller to take ownership of non existent packaging and offer a token partial refund to reflect minor damage. Refused any compensation, blaming Royal Mail. Next time I feel a package that is rattling (like this) I will open in front of Argos staff as witnesses! Atrocious after sales/care experience!

      Wishing an unhappy customer that you KNOW was honest about the order, is the lowest form of sarcasm. My only advice to others is that IF the package looks or sounds badly packaged, then PLEASE film the opening of said package, should you need to make a claim.
