    The initial order arrived very promptly and was very well packaged, but unfortunately it looked like a very heavy package had been placed on top of the albums on route and one of the slip covers was split on one of the seams. I contacted the seller and he immediately agreed to replace it with no quibble. When the replacement arrived again very well packaged there was a new album as well as a bonus. This seller is a top guy I will be going to buy again from this seller without a doubt. Great job.
