    Learning from an expert's experiences(Btw would add that although wrote a review with the way i see this book this review has not been uploaded.Wrong?

    Read about 168 from the 249 pages and do not include contents of this book with Marine's Gen Mattis experiences Leading all these different characters and personalities of Marines it's obviously not an easy thing but Marines got the sense of responsibility, discipline,collaboration,excellent military training as i goten from this book so their leaders can lead them, care about their men like Gen is showing through this personal experiences book,and all these make Marines a particular military corp.
