    Should have read this a long time ago.

    I wish I had found this book 20 years ago. I would have had MUCH better control of my blood sugar. Since finishing the book two weeks ago, I’ve changed my diet to one with very low carbohydrates. My insulin use has gone from 42 units per day to 20 units, my average blood sugar has dropped from 160 to 105, I’ve lost seven pounds without any effort, and best of all, I feel great. It’s a MUST read for every diabetic. You CAN keep your blood sugars in the normal range!

    HELPFUL!

    I bought this book for my husband whom was recently diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic. Since receiving it he reads it in what ever free time he has. It has given him an overall better understanding of his diabetes and given more of an insight as to how to nourish his body CORRECTLY. Hearing the stories in the book has also helped him not feel so alone, I can only understand so much because I am not a diabetic so I can't relate to a lot of what he is feeling. This book is amazing and a life saver.

    Best book on Diabetes

    Dr. Bernstein is the master of treating this widespread condition. I have had type 2 diabetes for 32 years and am able to keep my A1C at 5.1 by following his instructions as closely as I am able.
