      Weight falling off

      Michael Mosely is a star in his own right, so when I decided to reduce my weight, this diet was floated by a friend who had done similar, and so I launched upon it. The diet came first, the reading second, but I had already seen the documentary Michael did for BBC so knew the basics. Having this in written format was a good reminder and boost with facts and figures all pertaining to both the BBC documentary, but also from personal feedback and that from other readers. Week one I lost 9lbs, week two 2 lbs, I'm currently in week three. My first fast was a total fast, water only, with the subsequent fasts being the 600calories. It's going well, highly recommend this.

      I have never had to diet before so l thought it was going to be difficult counting the calories but it soon falls into place quite an eye opener actually the calorie content of some foods,l am pleased with how easy this diet is to manage.
