    Light weight, good features and grateful for the extra bands.

    I had been putting my phone with a downloaded app in my pocket to track how many miles I was running, but it was bulky. This Fitbit (my first) is much smaller and lighter. In addition, it also tracks my heart rate. I’m still testing it out for accuracy, but so far, so good. It was raining yesterday during my first run with the Fitbit. The “water resistance” device held up just fine. I very much appreciate the seller giving me two extra wrist bands. I found that the original band the manufacturer has on the Fitbit too hard to snap into place, so needed to switch to one of the bands the seller gave me. Thank you.

    Glad I Bought It!

    Im glad I got the Alta HR. The added features make it worth the cost. It tracks the nutritional details of food by allowing the user to scan a barcode, do a quick calorie addition, or find by search. I didnt realize everything it does until I started using the device. It was an easy set-up and the charge lasts a long time. I bought one for my little one who WAS glued to her phone. She and her friends challenge eachother (another feature). No more phone! Excellent product.

    Good upgrade over original Alta

    I had bought a Charge 4 to replace my trusty Alta after the screen went too dark to see. The Charge 4 body is plastic so using metal bends snaps the attachment points off. The Alta HR does most of what the Charge 4 does except blood oxygen levels and it has the same metal body as the original Alta.

    I love my Fitbit Alta HR!

    I absolutely love my Fitbit Alta HR! It syncs perfectly with my iPhone, keeps me on track for my fitness goals and I LOVE the sleep tracker. The bit app is great. I love having it on my phone. The Alta is the perfect size, it’s great not having a bulky heavy watch on my wrist.

    good, needs charging frequently

    It was easy to set up and to connect with my phone. It's not the first fitbit I have owned. However, it seems to need charging every 2-3 days. I'm not sure this is normal for a brand new product. The battery shown half in 2-3 days on my phone. I thought it was supposed to stay charged for at least 5 days.. I've sent a note to vipoutlet today but they haven't answered me yet.
