The book from the pics had a small issue with the corner which became frayed and worse cause of the poor packaging job. Seller kept insisting she didn't over charge and implied I didn't read the listing as it didn't say new. Seller also brought up that I got a discount like I asked for it when the seller sent me an offer. It felt like the seller kept talking down to me. I sell many books, don't weight each book just charge flat shipping .this book is not big, but not thin either, after refunding you $1 , you paid $5.28, how is that called over charged shipping?
