      The seller did not provide tracking information nor when asked were any answers given as to when the item would be expected to be received. It took a week after paying for the order to be shipped. All told it took five weeks to receive my item and with multiple messages to try and get any answers. Clear and honest answers would have helped improve this transaction. In the end I did receive the item so at least something good happened.

      Nach 3 Wochen kam kein Artikel an.Nach Nachfrage über Ebay wurde vom Verkäufer an 16.09.25 der sofortige Vesand am selbigen Tag angegeben.Nach nunmehr 7 Tage später stellte es sich heraus,daß es nur um eine Hinterlegung der Sendungsnummer handelte.Weitere Sendungsdetails waren beim Versanddienstleister nicht vorhanden.Die Erstattung wurde von Ebay eingeleitet.Diese Art von Missachtung der einfachsten Form von Verkaufsverhalten habe ich hier seit nun 25 Jahren nicht erlebt!!!
