    Payment was received on a Saturday of a four-day weekend to honor Vets on Veterans Day. Since a request to change the shipping address was made, it took an extra day to verify the address with eBay so we could be protected shipping to an address different from what was on the order. It was handed off to USPS, and at that point, it was in their control. It was being delivered, and a refund was issued, so the customer received a free knife set.
