    A book for life

    The Hobbit is a book that, once read, will always be a comfort to you during life. It is not just a children’s book, it is a story that has many different levels, leading you towards the Lord of the Rings books. I read this to my sons and they are now reading it to my grand children. If it brings them as much pleasure as it has done to me then I will continue to be grateful to J.R.R. Tolkien who wrote The Hobbit for his son during WW1.
