Item dropped at USPS on Tue. the 21st. It was going from RI to Alaska. Tracking shows a weather delay on the 23rd. The 26th shows it in Seattle. Last update on the 30th shows in route and on time. I contacted buyer on the 30th saying I'm watching the tracking. No response, then they left neutral feedback. I don't know why they left neutral feedback when the item is still in route.
