      Does what is says

      AMAZING. Excellent theory , well researched and written in very readable format. . Mindfulness sessions are good and when read with the relevant chapters one understands the reasoning. This is based on solid research . Mark Williams is a professor at Oxford. University.

      Easy to follow with amazing results

      I was quite sceptical when I bought this as my brain is in overdrive most of the time and I couldn't imagine being able to relax enough to practice meditation, but, it was recommended by a friend who is wired to the moon and she swore by it. She was right. It is easy to understand and follow. It takes a good bit of practice but the CD is very helpful. Mindfulness is a must for everyone and is really enjoyable the more you get into it without going down the "tree hugging hippy" road. I never thought eating a raisin or brushing my teeth could seem so enjoyable. Highly recommend this book

      A clear guide to mindfulness.

      The guide was very good as it set out a clear programme of achievable activities backed up with an easy to understand and follow along with CD. The book was also very interesting in explaining lots of research that been carried out on how mindfulness can help with stresses of everyday life.

      Life Changing

      I originally bought this book when completing an MBSR course. However, the book was so useful and easy to follow that I didn’t feel the need for the professional course - the book does it all! I have since bought the book for family members and recommended it to a work colleague (who went on to buy it). Everyone has found it as helpful as I did - especially in these strange, difficult and uncertain times.
